However, if you need service, please refer to the information in your Banyan Homeowner's Manual. If your problem cannot be solved by any of the steps offered in the homeowner manual and the problem is covered under your warranty, please complete the warranty service request form you received in your homeowner warranty packet and send it to us either by mail or fax (see contact information below). Any request for service must be submitted in writing to our Customer Service Department.
Limited warranties on manufactured items are "pass through" warranties and are warranted by the manufacturer. Service calls for these items should be directed to the appropriate supplier listed in your homeowner warranty packet. However, if you need assistance within the first year in obtaining service and are unable to do so directly with the supplier or manufacturer, we will be happy to help!
